LDS Quality Check Process

This is the process of checking lead quality from our Lead Sales Hub and Leadspedia systems.

Leadspedia Login

  • goto "Leads -> Sold Leads"

Leads Sold Leads Menu Item

Blacklist Alliance Login

  • click on "Access Litigation Firewall."

Access Litigation Firewall

  • click on "Scrub File."

Scrub File

  • check all the additional output options for
    • Carrier Data
    • Invalid
    • No Carrier
    • Wireless
    • Landlines
  • click the select file button and find the CSV file in your Downloads directory
  • once the file is uploaded, it will display a new box for selecting the phone number column change that from Lead ID to the name of the column which has the current phone number in it. Most likely, "Phone Home."
  • click upload, and the system will check and then force download a file named something like done-Leads_1667246343.csv.zip
  • open CSV file in excel and save it as xlsx file named "Buyer name" + check.xlsx
  • open the xlsx file
  • insert four columns next to the populated phone number column and name them Blacklist, Result, Name Correct, and Signed Up
  • open that zip file, and there should be several files
  • if there is a file named "invalid.csv," open it up and match the records with the input file and mark those numbers as invalid in the column named Blacklist
  • if there is a file name "litigators.csv" open it up and match the records with the input file and mark those numbers as litigators in the column named Blacklist
  • if there is a file named "no_carrier.csv" then go through the file and mark those numbers by putting no carrier in the column named Blacklist
  • call each phone number including the ones that say, "invalid" and "no carrier" in the list and ask these questions
    • In the result column, record the type of line
      • VM if it's a voicemail and listen to the entire message to see if the name is mentioned. If it is, then check if it matches and then answer Y or N in the Name Correct column
      • If it's an error message like, "This number has been disconnected," then please record this as Disconnected
      • If it's a fax machine answering, then record it as Fax
      • If it's a valid number but something else, then describe it as best as you can and move to the next number
    • Is this "First Name, Last Name"?
      • record the answer in Name Correct with a Y or N
    • If the answer to 2 is Yes, then introduce yourself as "I'm `your name` from Consumer Coalition, and I'm doing a Quality Assurance check to make sure you signed up and wanted to be contacted."
      • record the answer as Y or N
